A maintenance worker injured his shoulder, back and neck while lifting a water cooler. His employer only recognized the shoulder injury as being work-related, although the injured worker was treating for the neck and back injuries with the employer’s own panel doctors. The employer then filed a petition to modify the injured worker’s compensation benefits. Jerry Lehocky secured a settlement in the amount of $100,000.00, with medicals to remain open.
