$175,000 Settlement

A retail store manager injured her neck while unpacking a shipment of store merchandise.  As a result of the incident, she herniated two discs in her cervical spine and suffered nerve damage in her left shoulder.  She met with Jerry Lehocky to discuss her options, after being sent to a spine surgeon through her employer’s panel doctors.  The employer had also filed a petition to suspend the injured worker’s wage loss benefits, based on the results of an independent medical evaluation.  In the process of defending against the petition, Mr. Lehocky secured a settlement in the amount of $175,000.00.
