$183,000 Settlement

A tow truck driver sustained injuries to his neck, back, right shoulder and head as a result of a slip and fall accident while on the job. As part of his medial care for the work injury, he was forced to undergo a cervical fusion which left him with significant scarring. Over the years, the financial strain of relying solely on workers’ compensation benefits almost resulted in the loss of his home.
