$375,000 Settlement

A director of a major pharmaceutical corporation was sent on a business trip overseas.  He fainted while in a business meeting, striking his head on a chair on the way to the floor.  He was rushed to the emergency room and released.  He went to his hotel room and passed away later that night in his sleep.  In the process of investigating the possibility of filing a workers’ compensation claim, on behalf of the widow and son, Jerry Lehocky settled the case for $375,000.00.
