Jerry M. Lehocky – Workers’ Compensation
Jerry M. Lehocky has focused his practice exclusively on assisting injured workers in Pennsylvania obtain workers’ compensation benefits since 1991. Jerry continues to serve on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
David F. Stern – Workers’ Compensation
David F. Stern has focused his practice exclusively in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters since 2000. In 2010, Mr. Stern was appointed the Section Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.

Peter E. Perry Jr. – Workers’ Compensation
A former Pennsylvania workers’ compensation Judge and Judge Manager who has adjudicated more than 10,000 cases receiving testimony and evidence, ruling on objections and motions and issuing detailed Decisions and Orders based upon the evidence of record.
Frank N. Ciprero – Workers’ Compensation
In June 2010, he joined our firm, where he continues to focus his practice on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, protecting the rights of injured workers.
Christopher M. Fox – Workers’ Compensation
Before joining Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano in September 2011, Mr. Fox practiced Workers’ Compensation law at a prominent national labor and employment firm and with a top regional defense firm’s Workers’ Compensation department.
Melissa R. Chandy – Workers’ Compensation
Ms. Chandy joined us in July of 2010, where she continues to focus exclusively on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law.
Allison Wheeler – Workers’ Compensation
Allison Wheeler holds a B.A., cum laude, in Public Policy from the University at Albany and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.
Stephen J. Schukraft – Workers’ Compensation
Stephen J. Schukraft, Jr. is a 2005 graduate of Penn State University where he majored in Communications of Arts and Sciences and minored in both Psychology and Law.
Alexander Sioutis – Social Security Disability
In September of 2010, Mr. Sioutis our firm, where he focuses his practice exclusively on Social Security Disability Law. Mr. Sioutis is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ashleigh Quinn – Social Security Disability
Ms. Quinn obtained her law degree from Villanova University School of Law in May of 2011. Ms. Quinn joined us in February of 2012, where she focuses her practice exclusively on Social Security Disability Law.
Alexis C. Ouseley – Workers’ Compensation
Ms. Ouseley has six years of experience in Workers’ Compensation law. She joined us in May of 2012, where she focuses her practice exclusively on Workers’ Compensation. Ms.Ouseley is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Daniel J. Smith – Social Security Disability
Mr. Smith joined us in July of 2012. He is a graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and will dedicate his practice exclusively to Social Security Disability law.
Christopher C. Cara – Workers’ Compensation
Mr. Cara joined us in September of 2012. He received his J.D. from Villanova University in 2012 and devotes his practice to representing injured workers.
Andrew Ruder – Social Security Disability
Andrew graduated with a J.D. from Rutgers University and joined Pond Lehocky in September of 2012. Andrew will dedicate his practice to Workers’ Compensation.
Allison Eberle-Lindemuth – Social Security Disability
Allison received her J.D. from Widener University. Prior to joining our firm, Allison worked as a contractor for a solo law practitioner in Montgomery County.
Kristin Mancuso – Social Security Disability
Kristin earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. She focuses her practice exclusively on Social Security Disability law.
Laura Whipple – Social Security Disability
Laura joined Pond Lehocky from a small Social Security Disability firm in February of 2013. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the Eastern District of PA.
