Pond Lehocky named to the 2015 Top Workplaces list for fourth consecutive year

For the fourth year in a row, Pond Lehocky Giordano was selected as one of the Top Workplaces by Philly.com and The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Based entirely on employee feedback, Top Workplaces recognizes the best 100 employers in the Philadelphia area. Honorees are determined by an anonymous survey designed by Workplace Dynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

Human Resources Manager Amber Adams believes that the firm’s family-like atmosphere and selection of passionate people are the keys to having satisfied employees.

“Our staff works incredibly hard day in and out to ensure that our clients are receiving the best service,” she said. “All of our employees are passionate about assisting those in times of need, and we always remind them of the importance of their work. They have the power to literally change lives. We are a close-knit bunch here, and we make sure we recognize employees for their hard work.”

The Pond Lehocky law firm has a strong commitment to creating a positive work environment. With a culture that strives for excellence every day, our employees are the key to our success, and we emphasize awarding them for their outstanding performance. The firm offers a competitive benefits package including a company-funded health insurance plan, a matching 401k plan, generous paid time off and complementary massages on Fridays.
