Philadelphia native Dave Pizzica has been successfully handling six, seven, and eight-figure cases since he first graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2010.⯠Zealous representation of his clients has always been his number one priority. He understands how insurance companies operate and knows how to extract value for his clients when they bring injury/disability claims and lawsuits.
While at Villanova Law, he was a member of the Law Review, reserved for only the top 10% of the class. Prior to Villanova, he graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, and before that, Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
Upon graduating from law school, Dave worked at an international law firm located in Philadelphia, where he pursued large claims nationwide caused by fires, explosions, structural collapses, machinery and equipment failures, gas and water leaks, and natural catastrophes, including wildfires, windstorms, and floods. His timely, accurate, and efficient investigations and analyses built the foundation for successful claims for his clients. These skills directly translate to being able to help an injured and disabled clientās case from the minute the client walks in through the door ā the more information that can be gathered during the early phase of a case, the better!
Dave next moved to a regional law firm in Philadelphia where he successfully started a plaintiffās-oriented practice, recovering millions of dollars for his clients. From there, Dave then worked at a top trial law firm Philadelphia, pursuing catastrophic injury claims, where he worked endlessly and tirelessly for his clients ā who were often disabled because of what happened to them ā to get what they deserved.
Through his experience at these prior firms, Dave learned exactly how insurance companies evaluate cases and what makes them payout on injury and disability claims. Always be pushing a case and negotiating from a position of strength!
Dave comes to Pond Lehocky Giordano ready to aggressively pursue a disabled clientās rights under their Long-Term Disability Policy. You pay premiums for years for protection for you and your family in case something terrible happens, but when you go knocking on the insurance companyās door to make a claim, they slam the door in your face. The insurance companies are happy to collect your money, but then they hold onto it for dear life when you finally need them. Thatās not fair. Thatās not justice. With Dave taking care of your claim and your case, you WILL get justice and you WILL get what the insurance company owes you.
In his free time, Dave loves to golf with his friends and spend time down the Jersey Shore with his wife Shannon and English bulldog Archie. He also supports the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center in honor of his late father, Dr. Albert Pizzica, a renowned pediatrician and neonatologist in the Philadelphia area, and the Calliope Joy Foundation, supporting children with Leukodystrophy, in honor of his late younger sister Allison.
