Pond Lehocky Giordano, the largest workers’ compensation and disability law firm in Pennsylvania, is looking for a talented Social Media Coordinator to administer all of our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our goals. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the brand voice and actively engaging with audiences across multiple social media channels. This role requires a unique blend of innovative instincts, digital and social media aptitude, platform and audience expertise, and strategies that drive growth, as well as an eye for performance metrics – all of which impact brand performance, revenue, and more. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. We are looking for a self-starter who is experienced, strategic, creative and passionate about all things social media!

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube through content creation, filming, and editing, in order to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Develop marketing strategies such as promotional offers, ad campaigns, educational videos, and informative graphics to increase the number of prospective clients contacting the firm.
  • Engage and monitor company’s social media audiences on a consistent basis by reading and responding with targeted information.
  • Grow the core community in size and engagement.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Facilitate vibrant, meaningful, and authentic two-way conversation with
    our community.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community that feels
    heard and appreciated.
  • Generate insight into community performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Build and maintain a feedback loop between our followers and the brand
    team.
  • Produce social content strategy, translated through creative briefs to create effective and engaging content.
  • Ensure consistent brand message across multiple consumer touch points including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram (feed, Stories, IGTV), YouTube, TikTok, and similar platforms for networking.
  • Build strategies and timelines to align with network/series calendars, partner opportunities and brand initiatives, events, press, and activities that require content and social media integration.
  • Translate social analytics into actionable insights to inform future strategy, content development, and platform usage through social media.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years’ experience in social media.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing, public relations, business, or related field.
  • Expert in social media and digital content. Full proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Must be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
  • Social media-related reputation management experience.
  • Video, photography, and other multimedia news editing skills.
  • Track record of delivering results in social media and influencer engagement.
  • Knowledge of social media FTC influencer guidelines.
  • Experience in successfully managing resources and budgets.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships/partnerships (internally and externally).
  • Must have examples of experience running Insta/Facebook/TikTok accounts with many followers.
  • Superb internal and external communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Confident and compelling style in communicating with clients, teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Team player, ability to work cooperatively across teams.
  • Demonstrate keen critical thinking skills and proactivity.
