Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team.


  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
  • Combination of general accounts payable and accounts receivables processes
  • Utilize a variety of technologies to process transactions
  • Record transactions in QuickBooks
  • Reconcile process and accounts
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Communicate with accounting team, and legal staff, to appropriately process transactions
  • Assist with other accounting-related duties


  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask

  • Comfortable embracing new technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
