Lawhun on the New Jersey Superior Court from 2013 through 2014.

During this time, Mr. Pierson handled all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from beginning to conclusion. He has litigated claims across Pennsylvania and has extensive experience at hearings, depositions, mediations and before the WCAB. These years of defense practice have provided him insider knowledge on how insurance companies unfairly treat injured workers throughout the claim process.
In 2019, Mr. Pierson joined our Pittsburgh office to serve the injured workers of Pennsylvania.
