Si padece una dolencia de espalda o card\u00edaca y la agrava, acelera o empeora de alg\u00fan modo, tiene derecho a cobrar una indemnizaci\u00f3n a su actual empresa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ni tu negligencia ni la de tu empresario te impedir\u00e1n cobrar las prestaciones de indemnizaci\u00f3n por accidente laboral. Por tanto, si tu empresario te dice que te deniega la indemnizaci\u00f3n por una enfermedad preexistente o porque la lesi\u00f3n fue \u00abculpa tuya\u00bb, est\u00e1 interpretando mal la ley y debes acudir a un abogado laboralista. Es su derecho absoluto a recibir las prestaciones de la indemnizaci\u00f3n por accidente de trabajo, incluso si ya ten\u00eda una enfermedad anterior o si tuvo la culpa de que se produjera la
