Ruder<\/a>, fue publicado en la revista PA Law Weekly de ALM Media por su art\u00edculo, <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.com\/thelegalintelligencer\/2020\/07\/16\/workers-compensation-in-the-new-world-of-the-covid-19-pandemic\/\">Workers&#8217; Compensation in the New World of the COVID-19 Pandemic<\/a>, <\/em>que trataba sobre c\u00f3mo y cu\u00e1ndo informar de la exposici\u00f3n a un empleador.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abSi contrae el COVID-19 debido a la exposici\u00f3n en el lugar de trabajo, es imperativo que lo notifique a su empleador en un plazo de 120 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de haber contra\u00eddo el virus\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Ruder. \u00abDe forma similar a las lesiones laborales ortop\u00e9dicas, las personas que sufren los s\u00edntomas del COVID-19 relacionados con el trabajo tienen derecho a prestaciones por p\u00e9rdida de salario si faltan m\u00e1s de una semana al trabajo y a la cobertura m\u00e9dica para el tratamiento relacionado con el virus\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ruder se licenci\u00f3 en la Universidad de Towson en 2007 y se doctor\u00f3 en la Facultad de Derecho de Rutgers en Camden en mayo de 2012. Ruder realiz\u00f3 una pasant\u00eda con el Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg en el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Este de Pensilvania y tambi\u00e9n con la Honorable Shelley Robins New en el Tribunal de Causas Comunes de Filadelfia. Se uni\u00f3 a Pond Lehocky en septiembre de 2012 para ejercer en el \u00e1rea de Compensaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Ruder est\u00e1 autorizado a ejercer la abogac\u00eda tanto en Pensilvania como en Nueva Jersey.
