Graduado en 1985 en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Temple, ha sido un litigante de la compensaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores y la discapacidad de la Seguridad Social desde que fue admitido a la pr\u00e1ctica. Inicialmente, representaba a empresarios y compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros. Sin embargo, desde 1991, representa exclusivamente a los demandantes. Actualmente cumple un mandato de tres a\u00f1os como miembro del Consejo Disciplinario del Tribunal Supremo de Pensilvania.
