El padre del Sr. Pond sufri\u00f3 quemaduras graves por vapor mientras trabajaba en un empleo sindical para Philadelphia Gas Works, que m\u00e1s tarde intentar\u00eda denegarle la pensi\u00f3n. Durante su primer a\u00f1o en la facultad de Derecho, el Sr. Pond se hizo cargo del caso de su padre -su primer caso, de hecho- y gan\u00f3, sentando un precedente jur\u00eddico que sigue vigente hoy en d\u00eda. A d\u00eda de hoy, el Sr. Pond sigue canalizando su pasi\u00f3n por defender a los trabajadores frente a empresarios y compa\u00f1\u00edas de seguros explotadores en su trabajo en Pond Lehocky Giordano.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque Dylan Pond acaba de aprobar el examen del Colegio de Abogados de Pensilvania (\u00a1en el cinco por ciento superior!), lleva casi diez a\u00f1os trabajando en el bufete en diversos puestos. Como Director de Ingresos de Pond Lehocky Giordano, Dylan trabaja con los socios fundadores y el equipo ejecutivo de la empresa para elaborar estrategias, examinar y financiar las oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n que considera que ayudar\u00e1n a fomentar el crecimiento de la empresa y aumentar su alcance.
