We are pleased to welcome Ms. Kaitlin S. Files as a workers’ compensation attorney. She earned her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Notre Dame and her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
Ms. Files places a high importance on educating the leaders of tomorrow by helping students cultivate an interest in the law from a young age. As an active member of the youth court movement in Philadelphia, she helped create and implement a model for law firm support in youth courts. She also developed a mentorship program between Pond Lehocky attorneys and the students involved in the Strawberry Mansion Youth Court.
Ms. Files first joined Pond Lehocky as a legal intern in 2012 where she worked in both the Social Security disability and workers’ compensation departments. She was able to gain an in-depth perspective about both areas of law. She is proud to focus her practice exclusively on assisting injured workers throughout Pennsylvania.
