On Monday, September 21, 2015, Managing Partner Sam Pond was invited to be a guest speaker at former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell’s politics class at the University of Pennsylvania. The course, “The Science of Politics: Who Gets Elected and Why?,” explores the methodology of a successful political campaign. Each week, students have the opportunity to hear a guest lecture by a nationally recognized professional with expertise in different areas of the campaign and election process.

As advocates for injured workers, Pond Lehocky stays involved in politics as the law directly affects our clients and the quality of their lives.  Sam spoke to the class about the importance of coalition building, especially with unions and other politically active groups during elections.
