Reflecting on five years of tremendous growth, protecting injured workers and disabled Americans

When Partners Sam Pond, Jerry Lehocky, Dave Stern and Tom Giordano, Jr. first walked into their downtown Philadelphia office at United Plaza, they had no idea what to expect of the future. On July 1, 2010, the partners started with 22 people who believed in what they did as professionals. All had the same goal in mind – ensure that injured workers and disabled Americans are provided with unmistakable legal service and treated with dignity, while aiming to get them the best possible result for their case.

Now five years later, in a larger main Philadelphia office at One Commerce Square, the firm has grown rapidly with nine office locations, 30 attorneys and more than 200 staff members, making Pond Lehocky the largest firm of its kind in the region. Despite our immense expansion, Pond Lehocky still adheres to its core value of exceptional, personalized client service. It is the essence of the firm’s character and compassion.

“Staying true to our roots and fostering a client-focused culture among our attorneys and staff members is what makes Pond Lehocky so unique,” Managing Partner Sam Pond said. “We are all passionate about what we do and are constantly driving ourselves to continue to provide exceptional legal service and get results.”

It is with deepest thanks to our clients, colleagues, medical providers, the union community and our staff that we celebrate our fifth anniversary of representing injured workers and the disabled.
