Sam Pond is fighting anti-Semitism with USC Shoah Foundation

Pond Lehocky managing partner Samuel H. Pond was featured in USC Shoah’s 2019 annual report this month for his work as a member of the Next Generation Council. Pond has been a strong advocate of the institutes work for over 15 years.

The firm hosted a fundraising event prior to Covid-19 for the “Countering Antisemitism Through Testimony” program.

Pond shares in his feature that “we are finding out how to do more than just react to these events after they happen, and instead prevent them from happening in the first place.”

USC Shoah Foundation develops empathy, understanding and respect through testimony. By recording and preserving audiovisual testimonies of eyewitness to genocide and crimes against humanity, they give a voice to survivors and share their life histories and experiences with the world. The institute has collected over 55,000 testimonies from survivors from 63 countries to date.
