Kathryn E. Luchansky is an associate attorney at Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano, concentrating her practice on workers’ compensation and employment law matters.

She earned her law degree from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, with a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. While there, she served as technology editor and outreach coordinator for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. She was a member of both the Personal Injury Law Society and the Pro Bono Law Society, and wrote for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society blog.

During law school, Ms. Luchansky clerked for the Honorable Elizabeth T. Hey, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, reviewing Social Security and habeas corpus petitions, drafting reports and recommendations, and attending settlement conferences and court hearings. Previously, she interned at a Connecticut law firm and clerked for the Honorable Thomas P. Rogers of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Luchansky graduated cum laude from Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminology in 2016. She was an All-American swimmer for the Division I program and earned Academic All-Big Ten honors all four years.
