Kevin E. Harchar obtained his J.D. from Widener School of Law in 2008. Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Mr. Harchar practiced as a workers’ compensation defense attorney at a prominent Scranton, PA law firm. He has been selected as a 2013 Super Lawyers® Rising Star and was honored with the Lackawanna Bar Association’s 2011 Exemplary Service Award. Mr. Harchar is actively involved with the Lackawanna Bar Association, including the Law Day, Public Relations, and Family Law Rules committees. Kajal Alemo is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law. Before joining Pond Lehocky, Ms. Alemo practiced for a large Philadelphia law firm, where she assisted senior counsel with the coding of potentially discoverable corporate documents, including privilege determinations. Prior to that, she practiced as a contract attorney for Comcast Corporation. Ms. Alemo has been recognized by The Legal Intelligencer for her Pro Bono work and by the Philadelphia Bar Association for outstanding work in public service. Brynn Lapszynski received her J.D. in 2013 from Widener University School of Law where she participated in Widener’s Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic. She is a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Public Interest Law Alliance. Ms. Lapszynski joined Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano as an intern in June of 2012, where she gained extensive experience with the Social Security Disability process. Jacob R. Neff obtained his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in May 2013, where he made the Dean’s List. During law school, Mr. Neff was a legal intern for the Real Estate Transactions and Development Department for the City of Miami Office of the City Attorney. He was also a law clerk for a Philadelphia law firm specializing in civil litigation, insurance defense, products liability, and personal injury.
