Case Law Update | Lindemuth v. WCAB (Pa. Cmwlth. February 25, 2016) | PA Work Injury

February 25, 2016

New case out today has to do with relationship between specific loss (of an eye) and ability to concurrently show a disability “separate and apart” from the specific loss (worsening headaches), such that wage loss can be added.  Claimant lost this appeal, but there are a few small victories having to do with res judicata/collateral estoppel along the way.
