Partner Jerry M. Lehocky receives Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association President’s Award at annual meeting

June 18, 2014

On Monday, June 16, 2014, Partner Jerry M. Lehocky was honored with the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA) President’s Award at the group’s annual meeting.

The accolade is given to a PTLA member whose unwavering dedication helped the current president of PTLA achieve the organization’s goals. Nancy Winkler, current PTLA president, chose Lehocky to receive this year’s award.

Mr. Lehocky was pleased and humbled by the recognition.

“It is truly an honor to receive the President’s Award,” Lehocky said. “My personal goals align with the PTLA’s mission as I’ve dedicated my practice to protecting injured workers’ rights. Having the opportunity to work alongside Nancy and help her uphold the PTLA’s mission throughout her term as president was a pleasure.”

The PTLA is the oldest trial lawyer's association in Pennsylvania. It is a professional organization that aims to preserve the American legal system by protecting the rights of all individuals. The organization continues to maintain the constitutional guarantee of trial by jury, right of access to the courts and opposes legislation that negatively impacts the rights of the injured.
