Managing Partner Sam Pond was featured in The Legal Intelligencer’s article, “Evidence-Based Treatment Bill Worries Workers’ Comp Bar.” The article highlights the backlash House Bill 1800 has received from workers’ compensation lawyers on both sides of the courtroom. Sam discusses how HB 1800 would remove any fairness in the workers’ compensation system.

“For injured workers, it will be catastrophic,” he said. “They won’t get any kind of remedy, fair treatment or even benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act.”
