Through 6 years of unprecedented growth, Pond Lehocky stays loyal to core values

“Behind each case there’s a person depending upon us for help,” Managing Partner Sam Pond said. “We never lose sight of that fact. It’s this knowledge that drives every one of us to put the needs of our clients first. It’s something that comes through in the atmosphere here—a sense of confidence, compassion and most of all, that we really, really care.”

Six years ago, the partners of Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano opened the firm’s door for a simple purpose – to help injured workers with care and compassion. This sentiment is still the driving force that motivates the firm every day.  Six years later, Pond Lehocky has grown to be the largest firm of its kind in the region, housing over 200 staff members, 30 attorneys, and 13 office locations throughout the U.S.

“Despite our rapid growth and success we stay true to our core value of making our clients our number one priority,” Partner Jerry Lehocky said.  “Every case is different and every client will have different needs—we want to make sure we do our best to get our clients back on the right path.”

Because of your confidence in us, and the support from our colleagues, medical providers, local unions and staff, we have been able to grow into the firm we have become today.  Thank you.
