$120,000 Settlement

April 26, 2013

A tractor trailer driver injured his right knee and ankle while working. He underwent procedures to both the knee and ankle and remained out of work. He attempted to return to work in a light duty position, but the job was ultimately eliminated. The employer then filed a petition to terminate the injured worker’s benefits.  Jerry Lehocky negotiated a settlement in the amount of $120,000.00.
