A construction worker was injured after falling 18 feet from scaffolding at a job site in Philadelphia. He suffered significant injuries to his head and fractured bones in his face, right knee, and three fingers on his right hand. He also underwent surgery to address a pinched nerve in his left eye. He met with Frank Ciprero after the employer filed two petitions to modify his compensation benefits based on an impairment rating evaluation and a vocational assessment. Mr. Ciprero secured a settlement of $165,458.78. In addition, the employer agreed to fund a Medicare Set-Aside in the amount of $76,373.92.
