The election on Tuesday, November 3, 2015, is crucial for all Pond Lehocky clients. For the first time, Pennsylvania will fill three of seven state Supreme Court seats. This historic election will greatly impact our ability to defend our clients’ rights to workers’ compensation.

We need to elect judges that will ensure a fair and judicious court system, and who will uphold the law in favor of injured workers. The balance of the court is easily shifted. You can make a difference.
