Attorney Cynthia Greschler Joins the Pond Lehocky Workers’ Compensation Team

Pond Lehocky is proud to welcome attorney Cynthia Greschler to our Philadelphia workers’ compensation team. She brings a dynamic blend of academic excellence, public service, and real-world advocacy to our firm.

Greschler’s academic journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding complex global and legal systems. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland in 2012, followed by a Master of Science in International Relations from Northeastern University in 2019. Before pursuing her J.D., she spent five years at Harvard Business School, where she played a key role in the tenure review process—an experience that sharpened her analytical skills and exposed her to high-level academic leadership. She later contributed to The Leadership Consortium, a startup focused on developing leadership capabilities among C-suite executives.

Greschler went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2023. During law school, she gained valuable courtroom and public service experience, including serving as a legal intern to the Honorable Cynthia Rufe of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also completed an externship with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office and participated in the Medical-Legal Clinic, where she worked closely with low-income individuals navigating both medical and immigration challenges. These experiences reflect her strong commitment to serving vulnerable communities.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Greschler served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia for over two years. In that role, she litigated more than 50 motions and waiver trials involving serious charges, including aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a firearm. Her work demonstrated not only strong litigation skills but also a deep dedication to seeking justice for victims of crime.

Today, Greschler brings that same determination, compassion, and high-caliber advocacy to her role at Pond Lehocky. We are excited to have her on our team and look forward to the meaningful impact she will make on behalf of our clients. Welcome, Cynthia!
