Cynthia Greschler earned her B.A. in Global Studies from Loyola University Maryland in 2012, and her M.S. in International Relations from Northeastern University in 2019. Prior to earning her masters, Ms. Greschler spent five years at Harvard Business School working on the tenure review process. She then went on to work at The Leadership Consortium, a start-up centered around enhancing the leadership skills of C-suite executives.
Ms. Greschler graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2023. While attending law school, she served as a legal intern for the Honorable Cynthia Rufe at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also completed an externship with the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to graduation, Ms. Greschler participated in the Medical-Legal Clinic where she worked alongside low-income individuals facing both medical and immigration challenges.
Prior to joining Pond Lehocky, Ms. Greschler spent two and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she worked tirelessly to advocate for justice on behalf of victims impacted by crime, litigating over 50 motions and waiver trials ranging from aggravated assault to unlawful possession of a firearm. She now brings that same top-tier advocacy and determination to Pond Lehocky.
