Your consent is not a condition of receiving any legal services or of any purchase. You may still contact us and request a consultation without agreeing to automated marketing communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
5. How to opt out or revoke consent
You may opt out or revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means, including:
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out (we also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE), or HELP for help.

We will honor your opt-out across the applicable channels promptly and, in any event, within the time required by law. Opting out of marketing messages will not stop non-marketing messages you have requested about your matter.

7. State-law rights
Residents of states with additional telephone-solicitation requirements (including, for example, Florida, Washington, Oklahoma, and Maryland) may have additional rights. Nothing in these Consent Terms limits any right you have under applicable state or federal law.
8. No attorney-client relationship; confidential information
Providing your consent or submitting information through our website does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not make us your lawyers. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the website. Information you send us through the website is transmitted on a non-confidential, non-secure basis, and we cannot guarantee its confidentiality unless and until an attorney-client relationship is established by a signed agreement. An attorney-client relationship is formed only by a signed written engagement agreement.
