Carly Oldham earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Paralegal Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. While at Kutztown, Carly was very involved in Housing and Residence Life as an upperclassman, serving as a First Year Mentor and Community Assistant to first-year students. Carly was also involved with political organizations on campus that organized canvassing for involved students and encouraging students to vote. After graduation, Carly worked in the public sector as clerk for the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office, where she held several positions before resigning to attend law school.
Carly obtained her law degree from Widener Commonwealth Law School in May of 2025. While in law school, she was a student representative for LexisNexis and was involved in Spirit of Service’s Wills for Heroes program, where she would assist in the preparation of wills for first responders and veterans. Carly returned to the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office as a legal intern, but later decided to pursue advocacy for injured workers.
Carly joined Pond Lehocky as an associate attorney in April 2026, working in the workers’ compensation department. In her free time, Carly loves going to Broadway shows, hiking, thrifting, and reading.
