Jim Garver Promoted to Partner at Pond Lehocky

Pond Lehocky is pleased to announce that attorney Jim Garver has been promoted to partner. Over the course of his 25 year-career representing injured workers, Jim has cultivated a reputation for passionate advocacy, deep knowledge of workers’ compensation law, and an unwavering commitment to helping clients get through some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Mr. Garver is not only a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist—he is also an expert in Social Security disability matters. His legal career has been wholly dedicated to guiding injured and disabled individuals through complex legal processes with clarity and care. His practice reflects the client-first approach that has long been central to Pond Lehocky’s work.

Mr. Garver’s promotion also reflects his role in the firm’s continued growth in Central Pennsylvania. Since he joined Pond Lehocky, Mr. Garver has led the firm’s Altoona office, helping expand access to experienced workers’ compensation representation in the region.
