Attorney Michael Duffy Joins Pond Lehocky Workers’ Compensation Team

Duffy brings a wealth of legal experience to Pond Lehocky. Before joining our firm, he spent more than ten years representing employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation litigation. In that role, he managed a wide variety of cases, from simple claims to those involving highly complex medical and legal issues. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how employers typically handle workers’ compensation claims, and the tactics they use to defend and resolve cases. This insider knowledge perfectly positions him to advocate for injured workers in the most effective way possible.
