Carter Davis

Carter Davis is a workers’ compensation attorney in Pond Lehocky’s Philadelphia office.

Davis was born and raised in Philadelphia. He attended Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where he majored in Philosophy and minored in Spanish, graduating cum laude in 2023. During that time, he was an NCAA varsity athlete and played baseball for all four years while serving on the team’s leadership council.

He then attended and graduated from Tulane Law School in New Orleans in 2026. While at Tulane Law, he was an active member of the Tulane Sports Law Society. Davis also participated in student pro-bono programs including Tulane Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), where he helped a team assist local New Orleans residents with completing and submitting their seasonal tax forms. He was also a part of Tulane’s Med-Legal Partnership Program with the Tulane School of Medicine, where he visited clinics and shelters with law and med school students to help survey and refer patients in potential need of free legal assistance to Southeast Louisiana Legal Services (SLLS).

Davis began his experience at Pond Lehocky in 2024 as a summer law clerk in the Philadelphia office. He then continued to clerk remotely from New Orleans throughout his 2L year at Tulane and remained a clerk through the summer of 2025 and throughout his 3L year. During his time as a law clerk, he was able to gain valuable firsthand experience by helping to prepare memos for mediations, conducting legal research, preparing settlement strategies, and drafting legal motions and briefs.

Davis became an associate workers’ compensation attorney with Pond Lehocky upon passing the bar exam in October of 2026.
