Pond Lehocky is pleased to welcome Olivia I. Scholl to the firm as a workers’ compensation attorney in our Philadelphia office. She brings valuable knowledge and a fresh perspective to the firm’s work advocating for injured workers.
Scholl earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Albright College in 2022. Graduating a semester early with magna cum laude honors, she was also a member of the NCAA Division III women’s field hockey team and served on the executive board of the Epsilon Nu Pre-Law Society. Her academic achievements were recognized with the Lewis E. Smith Award and the Maltzer Pre-Law Award.
She continued her legal education at Widener University Delaware Law School, where she graduated cum laude in 2026. During law school, Scholl was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and the Leslie A. Johnson Moot Court Honor Society. She also received the Bernard S. Wildstein Memorial Scholarship and the UMH Properties Delaware Law School 50th Anniversary Scholarship in 2025.
Before joining Pond Lehocky, Scholl gained practical legal experience as a summer associate at a prominent Philadelphia insurance defense firm. This experience provides valuable insight into the insurance industry’s perspective as she begins her work representing injured employees and helping them navigate the workers’ compensation process.
Scholl lives in Philadelphia with her cat, Peach. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
