Liz Campoli is the Director of Workers’ Compensation at Pond Lehocky, where she has been a committed team member since 2011. Born and raised in Northeast Philly and now residing in Marlton, NJ with her husband and two sons, Liz has dedicated her entire career to Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law. She began as an assistant and worked her way through every role in the department, ultimately becoming its manager and now director.

In her current role, Liz oversees the day-to-day operations of the Workers’ Compensation department, managing all staff and ensuring consistent, high-quality service for clients. Her firsthand experience in every position on the team gives her unique insight into process improvement, team development, and client advocacy.

Liz’s dedication, strategic leadership, and deep knowledge of workers’ comp law continue to shape Pond Lehocky’s success in delivering results for injured workers.
