Vladimir Dorash is a workers’ compensation attorney with experience handling a wide variety of legal cases from simple motor vehicle accidents to those involving life-changing permanent disabilities, falls resulting in fatalities, and work-related suicides. He was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in both 2025 and 2026, designating him as an outstanding attorney who has earned a high degree of professional achievement. He currently serves as second chair to Jerry Lehocky in Pond Lehocky’s workers’ compensation department, managing complex cases from intake to result alongside senior leadership.  

Mr. Dorash earned his BBA in Actuarial Science from Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he made Dean’s List and received the Athletic Director’s Honor Owl Club Academic Award. During his time at Temple, Mr. Dorash played on the NCAA Division I men’s tennis team, serving as team captain from 2017–2019. 

Mr. Dorash went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was a John B. Langel (2020-2021), Edward Ohlbaum (2021-2022), and Edwin L. Scherlis (2021-2022) scholarship recipient. While attending law school, Mr. Dorash was selected to be a member of the National Trial Team, representing Temple University in various competitions, including the National Trial Competition in the last semester of his 3L year. Additionally, Mr. Dorash worked as a research assistant for Professor Harwell Wells, on the topic of corporate purpose and the intersection of corporate duties to shareholders and stakeholders. 

Mr. Dorash joined Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk in the summer of 2021, where he conducted research on toxic torts and complex workers’ compensation issues, prepared mediation memoranda and pre-hearing memoranda, and drafted briefs. He became an associate at Pond Lehocky in October 2022 following his admission to the Pennsylvania bar. Since then, he has significantly expanded his practice, handling a broad range of legal matters with a focus on providing strategic, results‑driven advocacy for his clients. 

He is fluent in Polish, Russian, and Belarusian, enabling him to serve a vast range of clients effectively and professionally.
