Director of Business OperationsFrancesco Serratore brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and cross-industry experience to one of the nation’s leading law firms for injured and disabled individuals. He is responsible for driving operational efficiency, supporting firm-wide strategic initiatives, and helping scale the firm’s business operations to better serve clients across all practice areas — from workers’ compensation and Social Security disability to personal injury and beyond.
Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano, Francesco served as a Director at MediaLink, where he advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity clients within the Corporate Strategy and Private Equity practices. His work included conducting investment due diligence and developing go-to-market strategies for C-suite executives, particularly CMOs navigating the evolving media and technology landscape.
Francesco began his career in the entertainment industry, holding roles at IAG, Shangri-La Entertainment, and 30WEST. While at Shangri-La, he produced an award-winning documentary for A24 directed by Academy Award nominee Ethan Coen. This creative foundation later informed his transition into strategic advisory and venture capital, where he focused on the convergence of media and technology at PwC’s Strategy& and Cosmic Venture Partners.
Francesco holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Columbia Business School. His diverse background allows him to approach legal operations with a fresh perspective, blending creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to enhance the firm’s mission of advocating for those in need.
