Pond Lehocky Welcomes Workers’ Compensation Attorney Victoria Damiano
Filed in:
Pond Lehocky is pleased to welcome workers’ compensation attorney Victoria Damiano to the firm.
Victoria brings more than four years of focused workers’ compensation experience to our team, having previously represented employers and insurance carriers in defense matters. Now, she draws on that deep understanding of opposing strategies to advocate for injured workers and their families.
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Central Penn College in 2018. She went on to graduate in the top 10% of her class from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in 2020. Her legal career began at the age of 18 working as a paralegal. During law school, she worked as a civil litigation paralegal, gaining hands-on experience in case management, client communication, and litigation support from an early age.
Since earning her law degree and being admitted to the bar at age 23, Victoria has focused her practice exclusively on workers’ compensation. Her background representing employers and insurers gives her a unique vantage point: she knows how defense teams operate, how they evaluate claims, and where they may try to limit benefits. She now uses that knowledge to help injured workers pursue the benefits they are entitled to under the law.
Victoria is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and is an active member of the York County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
Outside the office, Victoria enjoys spending time outdoors with her four dogs, reading, cooking, and being with her family. We are excited to have her join Pond Lehocky and look forward to the unique strengths she brings to the team.
