Welcoming Workers’ Compensation Attorney Dylan Walczak to Our Pittsburgh Team

We’re excited to announce that Dylan Walczak will be joining Pond Lehocky Giordano as a workers’ compensation attorney practicing in our Pittsburgh office.

Mr. Walczak graduated magna cum laude from Denison University with dual majors in English and Political Science. He went on to earn his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where he was actively involved in moot court, law review, and the Youth Advocacy Clinic.

Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano as an attorney, Mr. Walczak served as a legal extern with the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel. In that role, he drafted briefs defending state agency determinations and prepared memoranda evaluating Medicaid eligibility and special needs trust compliance—experience that deepened his understanding of how the law affects vulnerable individuals and families.

Mr. Walczak first joined our firm as a law clerk in the summer of 2024, supporting our attorneys through legal research, brief drafting, and case preparation. He then returned to the firm as an attorney in October 2025. At Pond Lehocky Giordano, Mr. Walczak will draw on his advocacy experience and writing background to help protect the rights of clients throughout Western Pennsylvania.
