Thomas J. Giordano joins the Kids’ Chance of PA Board

Pond Lehocky Partner Thomas J. Giordano, Jr. has joined the board of Kids’ Chance of PA (KCPA). Giordano has filled the seat of Partner Jerry M. Lehocky.

I am honored to be selected to serve on the Board of Directors of Kids Chance PA,” Giordano said. “This amazing organization which provides scholarship grants for college and vocational education to children of Pennsylvania workers who have been killed or seriously injured in a work-related accident means the world to our Firm and my partner and past board member, Jerry Lehocky. To be able to continue Pond Lehocky’s involvement in Kids Chance is a real privilege.”

KCPA is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the children of workplace accident victims pursue their education dreams. They provide scholarship grants for college and vocational education to the children of Pennsylvania workers killed or seriously injured in work-related accidents. Since its inception in 1997, the organization has awarded more than 900 scholarships totaling more than $2 million.

Giordano has dedicated his career to assisting disabled Americans. He leads Pond Lehocky Disability, the firm’s nationwide Social Security and disability insurance arm. The department has represented tens of thousands of disabled individuals in all 50 states. He has also previously served on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, Giordano currently serves as the chair of the Social Security Disability Committee of the American Association for Justice and as the co-chair of the Social Security Disability section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
