Gabriela Mastero is the Director of Client Services for the Workers’ Compensation Department, where she leads both the front-of-house intake team and the back-of-house call center operations. With a strong focus on efficiency, client care, and team development, she ensures a seamless experience for all clients navigating the workers’ compensation process.  In addition to operational leadership, Gabriela manages departmental reporting and analytics—tracking inventories and monitoring key productivity indicators across multiple metrics to drive high-quality results and continuous improvement.  Gabriela holds both a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences and a Master of Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania. She began her career at PLG in 2017 as an intake specialist and steadily advanced through the organization, earning leadership roles as manager and now director.  Gabriela was born, raised, and continues to reside in South Philadelphia.
