Rachel Dixon joined Pond Lehocky in January 2022 as the Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for the full life cycle of human resources at the firm, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and staff engagement events.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Rachel built a strong foundation in the banking industry, where she gained extensive experience supporting human resources functions across diverse areas. Her hands-on leadership style and dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture have made her an integral part of the firm’s operations team.

Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Labor Studies from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. She is originally from South Jersey, and now resides in Center City, Philadelphia.
