Richard Bandoy joined Pond Lehocky Giordano with more than 15 years of experience in network support, quality assurance, and help desk operations. As the firm’s Business Process Engineer, he leads all enterprise systems and technology support functions, helping to streamline operations and optimize performance across the firm.

Before joining Pond Lehocky, Richard held senior technology roles at companies including Vonage and Fine Point Technologies, where he established and managed quality assurance labs supporting major clients such as Verizon and AOL. He also served as Network Director for Open Solutions, overseeing infrastructure for financial institutions with a focus on data privacy and security. As Vice President of Healthcare Technology at ITelagen, Richard led the implementation of technology solutions for medical groups, physician practices, and managed service organizations, and also served as an advisor to the company’s Board of Directors.

Originally from New Jersey, Richard brings a results-driven approach to process improvement, cost efficiency, and enterprise technology management.
