Christopher D. Armstrong earned his B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Armstrong went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. While attending law school, Mr. Armstrong participated in the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP), where he acquired critical litigation skills like public speaking, evidentiary objections, deposition strategies, and negotiation tactics. Over the course of his studies, he also took a particular interest in employment law, ultimately focusing his education on workers’ rights.
After his first year of law school, Mr. Armstrong joined Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk, writing hearing briefs and conducting legal research. Following his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, he became an associate at Pond Lehocky Giordano in October of 2018. During his first year of practice at Pond Lehocky Giordano, he primarily focused on Social Security disability cases and representing disabled individuals.
After a year of focusing on disability law, Mr. Armstrong began practicing workers’ compensation litigation at the firm, attending hearings, mediations, and depositions on behalf of injured workers. He now primarily focuses his attention on workers’ compensation settlements and negotiations.
In 2023, Mr. Armstrong became the Chair of the Resolution Department at Pond Lehocky Giordano. In this role, he has helped secure thousands of settlements for injured workers. In addition to his efforts helping clients secure favorable settlements, Mr. Armstrong has also written articles about worker’s compensation settlements and negotiations, conducted continuing legal education (CLE) courses, and guest lectured at Temple University School of Law regarding workers’ compensation settlements, negotiations and mediations.
In 2025, Mr. Armstrong was honored by the firm’s partnership nominating him as a partner at Pond Lehocky Giordano.
