Dylan Walczak is an attorney at Pond Lehocky Giordano, practicing in Western Pennsylvania.

A native of Ohio, Dylan graduated magna cum laude from Denison University with majors in English (Creative Writing) and Political Science. He then earned his law degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. While attending law school, he participated in moot court, law review, and the Youth Advocacy Clinic.

Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano, Dylan served as a legal extern with the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office of General Counsel. In that role, he drafted briefs defending state agency determinations and prepared memoranda evaluating Medicaid eligibility and special needs trusts compliance.

Dylan first started with Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk in the summer of 2024. As a law clerk, he supported the firm’s attorneys through legal research, brief drafting, and case preparation. He then joined our firm as an attorney in October 2025.
