Kevin Rafuse earned his B.A. in History and Audio/Radio Production from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Upon graduation, Mr. Rafuse worked as a radio news anchor for nine years at WOKV-FM in Jacksonville, Florida and WDBO-FM in Orlando, Florida. During this time, he covered a number of stories across the state including local politics, crime, sports and hurricanes. In 2020, Mr. Rafuse was named the Associated Press award winner for the Best Radio News Anchor in Florida.

Mr. Rafuse went on to receive his J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in May of 2025. While attending law school, Mr. Rafuse served as Symposium Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review and participated in the Rutgers Law Expungement Clinic, helping eligible New Jersey residents get their records cleared. Mr. Rafuse also clerked for a summer with the Honorable Thomas T. Booth, Jr., J.S.C. at the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.

Mr. Rafuse first joined Pond Lehocky Giordano as a law clerk in the summer of 2024. As a law clerk, he conducted legal research, wrote on the record requests to the Social Security Administration and assisted the client services team. In October 2025, Mr. Rafuse returned to the firm as a full-time Social Security Disability Attorney, to continue to advocate for the disabled in their time of need.

Outside of work, Mr. Rafuse enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, hiking, trying new restaurants and coffee shops and traveling.
