Victoria Damiano is a workers’ compensation attorney at Pond Lehocky Giordano.
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Central Penn College in 2018 and graduated in the top 10% of her class from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law in 2020. While pursuing her education, she worked as a civil litigation paralegal, building a strong foundation in case management, client communication, and litigation support long before becoming an attorney.
Victoria had an early start to her legal career. At the age of 18, she became a paralegal and developed an early appreciation for the challenges injured workers face when navigating the legal system. After earning her law degree and being admitted to the bar at 23, she focused her practice exclusively on workers’ compensation. For more than four years, she represented employers and insurance carriers in defense matters, gaining an insider’s understanding of how claims are evaluated, litigated, and resolved.
Victoria now brings that defense-side experience to the claimant side at Pond Lehocky Giordano. Her background allows her to anticipate opposing strategies, identify potential obstacles, and pursue the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is committed to using her knowledge of the system to help injured workers secure the medical treatment and wage-loss benefits they deserve.
Victoria is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. She is a member of the York County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time outdoors with her four dogs, reading, cooking, and being with her family.
