Pond Lehocky Giordano founding partner Thomas J. Giordano appears on Liticast honoring Patriot’s Day

Pond Lehocky Giordano’s founding partner, Thomas J. Giordano, joined the director of the Civic Alliance on Litify’s Patriot’s Day LiticastLet’s Power the Polls: How We Can all Ensure We Have a Safe and Accessible Election.

The Conversations for Change broadcast started with a moment of silence to pay respect to the first responders, civilians, and others who lost their lives 19 years ago.

“I remember where I was, like I’m sure everybody else does on 9/11. I was a first-year law student,” Giordano shared. “I’ve been honored to represent some first responders in disability matters from ground zero so today means a lot to me as well. We are here today because needed to be better. That is why we’ve teamed up with organizations like the Civic Alliance and the Pennsylvania Alliance to ‘promote the vote’ and encourage people to volunteer.”

Pond Lehocky has teamed up with friends at the Pennsylvania Alliance to amplify the importance of making our community’s voice heard and vote count through The Voter Project. We’ve also partnered with Litify to promote Power the Polls, which is organized by the Civic Alliance, a non-partisan group of businesses working together to build a future where everyone participates in shaping our country.

To honor the firm’s commitment to promoting the vote, they are offering a paid day of service on election day.

“All the Pond Lehocky partners will be at the polls on election day with our staff. So, it’s really important to us and I hope by doing things like this, that we are inspiring people to follow us,” Giordano closed with.

Giordano has dedicated his career to assisting disabled Americans. He leads Pond Lehocky Disability, the firm’s nationwide Social Security and disability insurance arm. The department has represented tens of thousands of disabled individuals in all 50 states.

Giordano has also previously served on the board of directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania.
