Selection to The National Advocates Top 100 Trial Lawyers is limited to only 100 attorneys per state, and members are invited after the organization has completed a multi-phase process, including peer nominations and third party research into the nominated attorney’s worthiness. Tom has been a member of The National Advocates Top 40 under 40 for three consecutive years, and was asked to be a member of their Executive Committee for the past two.
